Langley End Cottage, built c.1911 by Lutyens for Mrs Fenwick, is a small asymmetrical T‑plan house in narrow red brick with steep tiled roofs and bold chimneys, accompanied by a timber-framed, weatherboarded 17th/18th‑century barn whose gable-top boards were probably added by Lutyens for visual effect.
