Lutyens’s 1926 memorial to Dame Louisa Aldrich‑Blake in Tavistock Square is a semicircular stone seat with central column, bearing back‑to‑back bronze busts by A. G. Walker flanked by serpent‑and‑staff emblems and inscribed tablets recording her medical career.

Memorial seat and busts of Dame Louisa Aldrich-Blake. 1926. Designed by Sir Edwin Lutyens and AG Walker. Semicircular stone seat and base by Lutyens. Rising from the centre of the seat back a stone column with, on the back and front, identical bronze busts, holding a book, by Walker and inscribed tablets giving details of her career. On either side a bronze serpent and staff. (Historic England, list entry 1378970)
