Louisa Sleath’s memorial, commemorating the Lutyens family nanny of forty years, features five cherub heads symbolising the five Lutyens children.

Description

Louisa Sleath (1873-1938) was nannie to the Lutyens family for forty years. The five cherub’s heads represent the five Lutyens children. (Amery et al, 1981, Cat no.280)
